Registration is by invitation-only to a select group of company executives, founders, investors and healthcare innovators. Registration for the 2024 Convergence Forum is SOLD OUT. Early bird registration for the 2025 Convergence Forum is now available.
By registering for the Convergence Forum you abide to the conference’s Code of Conduct.
The registration fee for the Convergence Forum is non-refundable. If a participant needs to cancel attendance, the participant may transfer their registration to a colleague as long as that colleague meets the target audience requirements of the conference. If the conference is unable to be held due to government regulations or travel restrictions at the time of the event, all registrations will automatically be moved to a rescheduled date and each participant will be notified.
