The Convergence Forum will be held at the Wequassett Resort & Golf Club in Chatham, MA on Cape Cod.   Directions to the Wequassett can be found here. The Wequassett’s Code of Responsibility can be found here.

Each Convergence Forum attendee is responsible for making his/her own hotel reservations. It is highly recommended that you book your lodging early for your choice of accommodations. Please review all the polices regarding your reservations with the hotel when you book your lodging.

WEQUASSETT ROOM BLOCK INFORMATION

To make a reservation please call the Wequassett at 800-225-7125 and ask for the Convergence room block. Space is limited. The room block does sell out every year.

Room Types at the Wequassett:
Villa Style:* $375/night plus tax
Cottage Style:* $445/night plus tax
Signature Guest Room:* $700/night plus tax
*a resort fee of $28.00 per room per day will be charged in addition to the room rate listed above.

All reservations must be accompanied by a one-night room deposit. If a guest does not cancel a reservation 14 days prior to the guest’s check-in date, then the hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes. Please review this policy with the Wequassett should you have any questions. Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Baggage storage will be available.
