Convergence Forum East 2013 will be held at the Wequassett Resort & Golf Club in Chatham, MA on Cape Cod.
Directions from Boston (90 miles)
Take Route 3 South, following signs for Cape Cod. When you reach the Cape Cod Canal, go over the Sagamore Bridge onto Route 6 East. Stay on Route 6 East to exit 11. At the end of the ramp turn left and go 25 yards to Pleasant Bay Road (your first left). Proceed to the second stop sign; the entrance to Wequassett will be directly ahead.

Lodging (Please note: Each Convergence Forum East attendee is responsible for making his/her own hotel reservations. It is highly recommended that you book your lodging early for your choice of accommodations.)
To make a reservation at the Wequassett Resort & Golf Club, please call reservations at 800-225-7125 and ask for the Convergence room block. There are multiple room types that are available on a first-come, first served basis.

*A resort fee of $16.00 per room per day will be charged in addition to the room rate listed above.
Room reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm. Cancellations are accepted 45 days prior to arrival with a refund minus a $25.00 charge. Cancellations received within 45 days will forfeit their deposit. Please review this policy with the Wequassett should you have any questions. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Baggage storage will be available.
The room block rates will be available until April 15, 2013 on a space and rate available basis.
